Father David is a Jesuit Priest in Jerusalem. He was born in South Africa into a Jewish family of German origin. He came to faith in the Messiah as a young student studying in Jerusalem. Recently he served for 12 years as the Roman Catholic Episcopal Vicar of the Hebrew speaking and Migrant Catholic communities in Israel. He teaches Scripture and Jewish studies at the Catholic Seminary in Beit Jala, at Bethlehem University, and in other academic institutions in Israel and Palestine.
