LISA LODEN – MESSIANIC JEWISH BELIEVER

“I feel very privileged to have been a part of “Peacemakers – Crossing the Divide” film. It is extremely important that concerned Christians (and others) are exposed to the ongoing narrative of reconciliation that’s occurring in the midst of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict. This film beautifully and truthfully presents the story of God’s people from both communities who are crossing the many man-made divides to embrace one another as family, together demonstrating the truth of God’s love in Christ for His broken world.”

Lisa and her husband, David, immigrated to Israel in 1974. Together they founded a Messianic Jewish Congregation, Beit Asaph, in Netanya. For many years she directed the Caspari Center for Biblical Studies in Jerusalem. Currently she serves on the boards of the Israeli Bible Society and Musalaha Reconciliation Ministries, and co-chairs the Lausanne Initiative for Reconciliation in Israel and Palestine. She writes extensively on reconciliation and related issues and travels the globe communicating a message of hope in the midst of the seemingly “intractable” Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
